Miles Mikolas told reporters on April 20 that the pain in his right shoulder is more or less gone and that his next step will be tossing a bullpen session. He would like to make the active roster before the All-Star break.
Mikolas complained of shoulder tightness during spring camp on February 13. He returned to the United States in March for PRP therapy. He resumed playing catch on March 30 and is now throwing at a distance of about twenty meters.
