Shohei Tateyama (right elbow) could pitch during a three-game Ni-gun series against Yomiuri that begins today.
Tateyama had surgery on his elbow on April 20. He was originally expected to miss about three months (six weeks for a full recovery and an additional six weeks of training and conditioning), but has made good progress and could be ready to rejoin the active roster before the end of the month.
