The Hiroshima Carp reach twelve million in total attendance at Mazda Stadium on April 3, 2016. To celebrate the milestone, Mazda Motor Corporation donated a Mazda Biante 20S-SKYACTIV Auto-Step to social welfare corporation Akinosato Mori-no Kobo Mimizuku during a ceremony before last night’s (June 16) game against the Seibu Lions.
Mazda has donated a welfare vehicle for every one million fans since the stadium opened in 2009. The company agreed to make contributing to the community when it won the naming rights to Hiroshima Municipal Baseball Stadium in 2008.
