[6/17/2016] NPB: special rule for players that may have suffered concussions

The NPB has implemented a new special transaction rule that will allow teams to remove players with possible concussions from the active roster temporarily. If the player is cleared of a concussion (based on guidelines provided by the NPB), the team will be allowed to add the player back to the active roster before the usual ten-day period and the player will not lose any time off their FA counter.

The new rule went into effect on June 16.
