[7/30/2016] Eigoro Mogi goes 2-for-4 in rehab game

Eigoro Mogi (right hand) played in a Ni-gun rehab game against Nippon Ham at Kamagaya on July 29. He started at short and batted ninth and went 2-for-4: 3B8/9 one RBI, 1B6, F8, G6e.

Mogi has played in five Ni-gun rehab games as of July 29. He was used as a late-inning defensive replacement at short in his first two games (no plate appearances), then went 0-for-6 with two strikeouts in the next two games with starts at short. He might be ready to rejoin the active roster in early August.
