There was a mix-up with substitutions in the Riseisha vs NichiDaiSan game: Shuto Sakurai was sent to center field after he walked the first batter in the ninth inning. He remained in center for three batters then returned to the mound. He was sent back to center after he gave up three consecutive hits. According to the rule book, a pitcher can only move to a different position once in a the same inning.
