Phil Coke left today’s game against the Seibu Lions at Kyocera Dome after he tweaked the left side of his neck in the middle of the third inning. He suffered the injury when he attempted to make a throw to first after fielding a sac hit with a runner on first and no out. He was pulled from the game as a precaution.

Coke was diagnosed with thoracic outlet syndrome and taken off the active roster today.
