[UPDATE 4/18 @ 3:38pm]

Wolfe was examined at a hospital in Tokyo on April 16. Doctors found that the tingling was caused by an ulnar nerve coming into contact with bone. He was treated with an injection. He was able to throw about thirty pitches in the bullpen on AprilĀ  17.
