The Orix Buffaloes announced today that Matt Clark will return to the United States on September 13. He is not expected to return.
Matt Clark made his Ni-gun debut with the Orix Buffaloes on May 26. He got the start at first and batted fifth against Hiroshima and went 1-for-2 with a walk and a double.
Junichi Fukura told reporters he was going to wait to see how Clark progressed since he already had Hiroyuki Nakajima and Brent Morel at first.

Clark is expected to make his Ni-gun debut with Orix some time this week, as soon as he gets his work visa.
