First round draft pick Naruki Terashima started feeling tightness in his left adductor while playing catch today. He was scheduled to toss a bullpen session, but canceled it after talking to the team trainer. He will be examined at a hospital tomorrow. He might be reassigned to Ni-gun camp, depending on his condition.

Terashima was examined at a hospital in Naha today and diagnosed with fasciitis in his left adductor. He will report to Ni-gun camp on February 13 for rehab.

Terashima joined Ni-gun camp in February 14. He participated in general warm-ups, then began his rehab workouts.

Terashima resumed running today. He ran seven laps around a 400-meter track (inner lane) and ten dashes at about eighty meters. He resumed throwing practices on February 15 (throwing into a net).
