[UPDATE 3/20 @ 8:57pm]
Kajitani told reporters after the Softbank game on March 19 that he has a mild strained back. He is not new to back problems: he has strained his back before (maybe third time) and also has a slipped disc. He is taking batting practice and is playing catch at a distance of about thirty meters. He is slowly increasing his workload. He might be ready for the Seibu games this weekend (March 25, 26).
