Mike Bolsinger gave up two runs on four hits during the first inning of Saturday’s game against the Rakuten Eagles. He threw warm-ups before the start of the second inning, but was replaced by a reliever. The media later learned that the Chiba Lotte Marines pulled Bolsinger because he was having problems with the ring and pinky fingers on his right hand. He is considered day-to-day.

Bolsinger will be examined at a hospital on August 20.
